Delete your CalibrateYou account

You can delete your account and everything CalibrateYou holds about you at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your record, every score, every answer, every connection and any journal notes.

In the Android app

Open Your data and privacy, type DELETE and tap Delete everything.

On the web

Sign in, open Your data, type DELETE and press Delete everything. We revoke tracker access, cancel Plus bought on the web and email a confirmation if you gave us an address.

By email

Write to [email protected] from the address on your account. We delete within 30 days and confirm by email.

Plus bought in Google Play: we cancel the renewal when you delete; you can also cancel it in the Play Store app. We keep no backups of deleted accounts beyond our 7-day rolling database backup, which then expires.
