Our long-term commitment

A tracker that follows you for decades only works if you can trust it to still be there, or to hand your history back if it is not.

• If CalibrateYou closes, every member gets at least 90 days’ notice by email and in the app, and a full export of everything we hold.
• If CalibrateYou is sold, the buyer must keep all five promises and this commitment, or delete the data. We will not transfer your data to anyone who will not.
• Your history stays readable without us. Exports use an openly documented format (CSV and JSON).
• Old scores stay comparable. Every score is stored with the version of the model and the norms that produced it. When the method improves, your old scores keep their version and the timeline marks the change.
• A trusted contact (optional). You can name one person who may ask us for your export if you die or lose access. It is off unless you turn it on, and we confirm with you first whenever possible.
• A yearly archive (optional). Once a year we can email you a copy of your year.
