Delete your CalibrateYou account

If you cannot log in, write to support+smvrater@9gg.app from the address on the account. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your email address, your password hash, your sign-up and confirmation dates, your whole rating history, and every photo and recording you chose to save are removed from our live system right away. An active Plus subscription is canceled first. This cannot be undone.

What is not affected

Photos and voice recordings you did not save, and questionnaire answers, are never stored, so there is nothing to delete.
Server logs (IP address, time, page requested) are kept for 90 days and then removed automatically. They do not contain your email or your photos.
Score links you already shared keep working, because the scores are written into the link itself and nothing about them is stored. They carry no name, email or photo.
Emails you sent to support are kept as a record of the request. Ask in the same email thread and we will delete them too.
To stop repeat free ratings, we keep a one-way scrambled copy of your email address and the dates of your free ratings for 90 days after deletion. It cannot be turned back into your address, and nothing else is kept.

You do not have to delete your account to stop using CalibrateYou. You can delete a single saved photo or recording and keep the account. There is no way to delete your rating history and keep the account, because it is the only other data beyond your login.
